Return


It is possible to return your purchase but only if the products are in new condition and in their original packaging.

Products cannot be returned if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if they have been worn. For reasons of hygiene, undergarments cannot be returned.

Items reduced in price can not be returned as they are on sale at the end of season.

To return a product, you must first obtain a return authorization by sending us an email to: info@margrietnannings.com

When your request has been authorized by MARGRIET NANNINGS customer care, you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid UPS label. The return shipping charges are paid by MARGRIET NANNINGS.

You only have to print it and place it on the parcel. Then, you can drop the parcel off at your local post office.

The time limit to have the opportunity of returning your goods is 7 days, counting from the delivery date.

Once your return package has been received and validated, the refund will be processed on the same day. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

It is possible to return your online purchased items at the stores. It is not possible to return your purchased items bought in the stores by post.
